That’s the everyday reality this five-bedroom villa in Sa Ràpita offers — a generous, character-filled home sitting just 150 meters from the shoreline in one of southeastern Mallorca’s most sought-after coastal villages.

Sa Ràpita has long been a favorite among those in the know: a low-key, authentic fishing village with none of the overcrowding of the island’s major resorts, yet perfectly positioned for exploring everything the south of Mallorca has to offer. This is where islanders themselves choose to spend their summers — and increasingly, their entire year.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time residence or a seasonal home base, the layout works beautifully for both.

Downstairs, the living areas are bright and inviting. A fireplace anchors the main lounge, adding warmth and atmosphere during Mallorca’s cooler winter months — because yes, winters here are mild, but evenings still call for that Mediterranean coziness. A practical laundry room and storage area keep daily life organized without eating into living space.

The villa’s five bedrooms and three bathrooms provide comfortable accommodation for a large family or groups of friends. The built-in barbecue makes al fresco entertaining effortless, while the garden provides shaded corners when the midday sun gets serious.

The property also benefits from central heating, ensuring year-round comfort and making this a genuine all-seasons home rather than a summer-only retreat.

Beaches, Nature, and the Best of the Southeast

With the sea literally steps away, beach days are a walk rather than a drive.
