Picture yourself stepping out onto a sun-drenched terrace, the scent of wild herbs drifting across a quiet Mallorcan landscape, a private pool glittering in the morning light, and two charming hilltop villages just minutes away. This beautiful stone country house for rent, set between Santanyí and C’as Concos in southeastern Mallorca, makes that picture a reality.

Spanning 165 m² across two fully independent floors, the property offers five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a flexible layout that works equally well for large families, groups of friends, or anyone seeking a generous, character-filled home base in the Mallorcan countryside.

Two Independent Living Levels

One of the property’s most distinctive features is its dual-level layout, with each floor offering its own private entrance, kitchen and living areas. This makes the house ideal for families who want to share a vacation while maintaining a degree of independence, or for hosting guests without anyone feeling crowded.

The ground floor centers on a broad main hall that divides the space into two comfortable wings. Two double bedrooms with exterior windows, two full bathrooms and a well-equipped independent kitchen make this level entirely self-sufficient. Two separate entrances at either end of the floor add to the sense of privacy and ease of movement.

The upper floor, reachable via the interior staircase or a dedicated external entrance, continues the theme of spaciousness. Three additional bedrooms — including a generous master suite — along with two more bathrooms and a second kitchen complete this level. Views from the upper terrace and balcony out over the gardens and the surrounding countryside are nothing short of spectacular.

Outdoor Living at Its Best

The outdoor spaces are designed for long, leisurely days under the Mallorcan sun. The private pool is the natural centerpiece of the garden, framed by a generous terrace perfect for sunbathing, al fresco dining and evening gatherings. A built-in barbecue adds a casual, convivial element that turns every summer evening into an occasion.

The garden itself is mature and well-tended, with a mix of shaded spots and open areas where children can run freely and adults can unwind completely. The balcony on the upper floor offers a quieter vantage point — perfect for a morning coffee with countryside views.

When the seasons turn, the house transitions effortlessly into a cozy winter retreat, thanks to its fireplace and central heating. Practical extras include a dedicated laundry room and a storage room, ensuring daily life runs smoothly throughout any length of stay.

Location: The Best of Southeastern Mallorca

Situated between two of the southeast’s most beloved villages, this property puts you at the heart of everything that makes this corner of Mallorca so special. Santanyí hosts one of the island’s most celebrated weekly markets — held on Wednesdays and Saturdays in the shadow of the beautiful Sant Andreu church. The town’s art galleries, traditional restaurants and lively café culture make it a genuine destination rather than just a base.

C’as Concos offers a quieter, more intimate village experience: cobbled streets, a timeless stone church and an authentically local atmosphere that feels a world away from resort Mallorca.

Some of the island’s finest beaches are within easy driving distance. Cala Figuera, with its picturesque fishing harbor, is a postcard come to life. Cala Llombards and Cala Santanyí offer crystalline turquoise waters ideal for snorkeling, while the wild, white-sand stretch of Es Trenc — one of Mallorca’s last undeveloped coastlines — is just a short drive away.

Ready to explore this stunning property for yourself?
