Picture yourself settling into the unhurried rhythm of Campos — one of southeast Mallorca’s most authentic inland towns, where neighbors still greet each other by name and Thursday’s weekly market draws locals from across the comarca. This well-maintained, fully furnished one-bedroom apartment offers a genuine slice of Mallorcan life, combining everyday comfort with effortless access to some of the island’s most breathtaking coastline.

Located on the first floor of a quiet residential building, the apartment strikes a balance between privacy and connection to the village. There’s no elevator, which keeps the building small-scale and peaceful — a real advantage for those who appreciate a calm home environment.

**A bright, welcoming living space**

Step inside and the first thing you notice is light. The spacious living-dining area faces outward, drawing in natural sunlight throughout the day. Thoughtfully furnished and ready to move into, this main space flows naturally toward the private balcony — your own outdoor perch for morning coffee, evening aperitivos, or simply watching the world drift by at a distinctly Mallorcan pace.

The kitchen features a practical breakfast bar that keeps the cook connected to the rest of the room, perfect for casual meals and easy entertaining. It’s well-equipped for daily use and feels genuinely functional rather than purely decorative.

**Comfortable bedroom and full bathroom**

The bedroom is a calm, restful space — properly sized, tastefully furnished, and designed with real-life living in mind. The full bathroom is in excellent condition and completes a floor plan that makes smart use of every square foot without feeling cramped.

**Practical amenities included**

Air conditioning keeps things cool during hot Mallorcan summers, while the heating system takes the edge off cooler winter evenings. A dedicated laundry room — a fixture in traditional Mallorcan homes — adds a level of day-to-day practicality that apartment dwellers often miss. Everything is included: just bring your suitcase.

**Campos and the southeastern coast**

Campos sits at the heart of the Migjorn, Mallorca’s southern plain, and it wears its character proudly. The 17th-century parish church anchors the town square, local cafés serve the best ensaimadas outside of Palma, and life moves at a pace that feels like a genuine antidote to urban stress.

The real draw for many residents, though, is the coastline. Es Trenc — widely regarded as the most beautiful beach in the Balearic Islands — is just a short drive away. Its white-powder sand and impossibly blue water sit within a protected natural reserve, meaning it has remained largely undeveloped and uncrowded compared to other Mallorcan beaches. Sa Rapita offers a quieter, more local alternative, while Colònia de Sant Jordi to the south has a lively marina, excellent seafood restaurants, and year-round activity.

For everyday needs, Campos delivers: supermarkets, pharmacies, schools, banks, and a solid selection of restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance. The Thursday market is a weekly highlight, offering fresh produce, local cheeses, charcuterie, and artisan goods straight from the surrounding farmland.

Cycling enthusiasts will find flat, well-marked routes threading through almond groves and olive estates, making it easy to explore the surrounding countryside without a car. For those who work in Palma or Manacor, Campos is well connected by bus and sits close to the main road network.

This is an apartment that makes a compelling case for slowing down, living well, and discovering the version of Mallorca that most visitors never see.
