**A Home You Can Truly Make Your Own**

For cooler months — and Mallorca does have beautiful, mild winters — the fireplace becomes the soul of the living space. Central heating ensures year-round comfort, while air conditioning keeps things cool during the warm summer months.

**Outdoor Living at Its Best**

The garden is where this property truly shines. Spacious, private, and full of potential, it offers room for outdoor dining, a play area, a lounge corner, or all three at once. The terrace extends the indoor living space outward, creating a natural transition zone that’s perfect for morning coffee, afternoon shade, or evening dinners under the open sky.

The built-in barbecue is a genuine lifestyle feature — not an afterthought. Weekend gatherings with family or friends, the smell of grilling in the warm air, long lunches that stretch into the afternoon: this is the Mallorcan good life, and this villa is built for it.
