In the heart of Es Llombards, one of the quietest and most authentic villages in the municipality of Santanyí, in the southeast of Mallorca, we are pleased to present a furnished apartment for rent that preserves all the charm of the traditional Mallorcan home and adds a feature that is hard to match: a large private roof terrace with open views over the village rooftops and the surrounding countryside.

The home offers 110 sqm on an upper floor and keeps the character of the area’s traditional construction. The terracotta tile floors with geometric patterns, the worked plaster ceilings and the solid wood interior doors give the whole home a warmth and personality not found in new builds.

The living-dining room is a bright, welcoming space, framed by a glazed gallery that lets in abundant light throughout the day and connects to the terrace. It is furnished in a classic style, ready to move into from day one.

The home has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms keep their traditional wooden furniture and the same terracotta flooring and plaster-detailed ceilings as the rest of the home. The practical, comfortable layout is ideal both for a family and for anyone looking for a spacious home full of character to live in year-round.

But what truly sets this apartment apart is its roof terrace: a large private terrace, stone-paved, with a masonry-and-wrought-iron railing, offering an open panoramic view over the village, the surrounding fields and the southeastern horizon of the island. It is an exceptional space for breakfast in the open air, sunbathing, summer dinners or simply watching the sun set over the Mallorcan countryside. The roof terrace also includes an auxiliary room used as a laundry and storage room. The home also has a balcony.

It is a privileged spot for lovers of the sea, hiking and nature.

The village offers everyday basic services, and the town of Santanyí —with its lively Wednesday and Saturday market, its shops, restaurants and art galleries— is just a few minutes away.
